Current projects

In 2019, Firm Foundation spearheaded the Tiny House Village concept on the property at First Presbyterian Church of Hayward (FPCH) with six tiny homes. The project was completed in partnership with Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley, HOMEAID Northern California, and CoBuild Construction Services.

Firm Foundation currently has projects in various stages of development in Hayward, San Leandro, Livermore, Walnut Creek, Concord, Vallejo, Antioch, and Manteca. Current projects slated for construction this year are featured here.
