We help you take care of every part of the process from inception to completion: design, funding, permitting, approval, installation, and construction management.
Step 1: Initial Screening
Let’s get to know each other.
During the initial screening we get to know your vision, the population you’d like to serve and which design aspects are important to you. We will ask questions to get a better understanding of the client needs, and potential barriers and solutions to development.
Step 2: Design
We will work with you and our community of construction industry partners to develop a thoughtful, custom integration of diverse resident mix, unit variety, and unit design, etc.
We develop a customized site plan, a site-specific scope of work and an overall project proposal, including cost, schedule and profit estimates. We believe that it is possible for all parties to participate in making our community a better place to live while receiving financial benefits.
Step 3: Entitlements, Permits + FUNDING
We make it official.
Our team pulls together required documents from over 10+ different parties and goes through a back-and-forth submission process with the city so entitlements and permits are in place.
We will also assist you and your organization in securing necessary funding for the project.
Step 4: PROJECT MANAGEMENT+Delivery
After permits are in hand and funding is secured we begin construction. The project manager then works with the General Contractor and you, the client, to make sure the project is completed on time and within budget. It is our goal to complete the project with the least amount of disturbance to your ongoing community as possible.
Step 5: Residency
Our team works with the local partners to help screen residents and prepare the units for “move in” day.
